How to book with Benty

We don't sell individual tickets: we build the plan with you in four steps and without paying anything upfront.

  1. 1

    Choose what you fancy

Browse the experience catalog: water, land, air, and wellness. You don't need to be sure; a rough idea is enough.

  2. 2

Tell us your dates and your level

You tell us how many you are, where you're staying, which days you're on the island, and if you're beginners or already have experience.

  3. 3

You receive a proposal with a fixed price

In less than 24 hours, we'll send you the plan: instructor or guide, schedule, meeting point, and final price with no surprises.

  4. 4

    Confirm and enjoy

You only pay when the proposal suits you. On the day of the activity, a local professional who already knows you will be waiting.

Where to do each activity in Lanzarote

Lanzarote is small, but each area has its sport and its time of day. Here's how the island is divided:

North: Famara, Haría and the cliffs

Famara is the reference beach for surf and kitesurf, with 6 kilometers of sand under the Risco cliff. Hiking trails through the Valley of a Thousand Palms and visits to Jameos del Agua and Cueva de los Verdes also start in the North. It is the greenest and windiest area of Lanzarote: ideal for sports in the morning and culture in the afternoon.

Costa Teguise and the East: constant wind

Las Cucharas is one of Europe's best windsurf and wing foil spots due to its stable thermal wind from May to September. Here we concentrate windsurf, wing foil, and eSurf lessons, as well as tennis, padel, and aquafitness just a few minutes from the hotels.

South: Playa Blanca, Papagayo, and Timanfaya

The South has the island's calmest and clearest water: perfect for snorkeling, freediving, and boat trips to Papagayo or La Graciosa. eBike routes and excursions to Timanfaya National Park and the vineyards of La Geria also depart from here.

Center: La Geria, Tinajo and the interior

The volcanic interior is where guided hiking, eBike, and golf work best. A landscape of black picón, vineyards in hollows, and accessible volcanoes like Caldera Blanca or Volcán del Cuervo, with routes from 2 to 5 hours depending on your level.

Best time for each experience

In Lanzarote, you can play sports 365 days a year, but not everything works equally well every month.

Winter (November – March)

Between 19 and 23 °C and water at 19–20 °C. The best time for surfing in Famara, long hikes, and golf. There are fewer people, and groups are smaller.

Spring (April – June)

Stable temperatures, increasing wind, and calmer seas in the south. Ideal for combining windsurfing or wing foiling with snorkeling and eBike tours.

Summer (July – August)

High season for windsurfing, wing foiling, and kitesurfing due to the trade winds in Costa Teguise. Water at 22–23 °C. We recommend booking further in advance and hiking early in the morning.

Autumn (September – October)

For many, the best time of year: water at 23 °C, wind still active and fewer crowds. Great time for freediving, sailing, and private lessons.

Frequently asked questions

How much do excursions and activities in Lanzarote cost?

At Benty, experiences start from €20 (one hour of paddle tennis) and €25 per person for group Silent Yoga. Private windsurf and golf lessons start from €60, tennis from €58, guided hiking from €50, and tandem skydiving costs €299. You can find the full breakdown in our price table.

How far in advance do I need to book?

The earlier, the better during high season (July, August, Easter, and Christmas), but many experiences can be arranged with 24–48 hours' notice. Write to us and we'll tell you what's available for your dates.

What's the difference compared to large excursion platforms?

They sell a standard catalog; we live on the island and create the plan with you. That means small groups, schedules adapted to your accommodation, and a real person who responds before, during, and after.

Are there excursions for families with children?

Yes. Surfing, hiking, eBike, sailing, tennis, aquafitness, and Silent Yoga work very well with children and teenagers. Use the 'Family' filter to see them all.

What if I don't know what I want to do yet?

This is the most common. Tell us how many days you're staying, where you're staying, and what kind of plan you like, and we'll send you a proposal with two or three options.

Can more than one activity be done per day?

Yes, and it's what we recommend most if you're only staying a few days. A common example: windsurfing lesson in Costa Teguise in the morning, lunch near the port, and Silent Yoga or sports physiotherapy in the afternoon. We coordinate schedules and transfers.

Are previous experience or own equipment required?

No. All experiences have an option for beginners, and technical equipment (board, wetsuit, bike, wing, snorkel gear) is included unless otherwise specified in the proposal.

Do you pick up from the hotel or do we need to travel?

It depends on the experience and the area. For many activities, the meeting point is just a few minutes from Costa Teguise, Puerto del Carmen, or Playa Blanca; for others, we can arrange pickup. Tell us where you are staying, and we will include it in the proposal.

What happens if the weather or sea conditions are not suitable?

We live here and follow the forecast daily. If conditions aren't good, we'll suggest another time, another spot on the island, or an equivalent alternative at no extra cost.

What languages are the activities offered in?

Spanish, English, and German regularly; French and Italian for many experiences. Indicate your language in the request, and we will assign a guide or instructor who speaks it.
