Freediving Level 1 Course: 2.5 days · 10–20m depth · 2 theory, static and dynamic apnea sessions + 3 open water sessions · Manual and digital certification included
Surf Survivor Course: 4–5 hrs · Designed for surfers and ocean lovers who want to improve safety and control under stress · Group of 1 to 4 people per instructor
Museo Atlántico — Snorkel & Freediving: 2–3 hrs · Unique experience to discover underwater sculptures by snorkeling or freediving · Minimum 2 people
Includes: Professional instructor, full freediving equipment, and liability insurance
Requirements (Level 1): Over 18 years old (12 with consent), able to swim, and valid medical certificate
Schedules: Schedules may vary depending on: • Sea conditions • Weather • Participant skill level • Group organization Activities typically run: • Morning: 09:00 AM – 02:30 PM • Afternoon: 03:00 PM – 06:00 PM The exact schedule will be confirmed before the activity.
