Do I need to bring my own gear?
Not necessary. All schools rent quality equipment. If you're advanced and have your own kit, better to bring it.
What insurance do you recommend?
Travel insurance with sports cover (not basic). For freediving and big-wave surf, check that these sports are explicitly included.
Are there competitions in Lanzarote?
