How are the products shipped?

Shipping is carried out via Correos as a certified and insured delivery.

How much will I pay for shipping?

Canary Islands:
If you choose the “standard shipping” option, shipping is free.
Experience vouchers will be sent by email, and products are delivered with standard packaging.

If you choose the “gift shipping” option, the cost is 6 euros. In this case, experience vouchers will be sent as physical gift cards, and products are delivered with gift packaging.

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands:
If you choose the “standard shipping” option, experience vouchers are shipped free of charge, and product shipping costs 4.95 euros. Experience vouchers are sent by email, and products are delivered with standard packaging.

If you choose the “gift shipping” option, the cost is 10.95 euros for products and 6 euros for experience vouchers. In this case, experience vouchers will be sent as physical gift cards, and products are delivered with gift packaging.

Europe:
If you choose the “standard shipping” option, experience vouchers are shipped free of charge, and product shipping costs 10.95 euros. Experience vouchers are sent by email, and products are delivered with standard packaging.

If you choose the “gift shipping” option, the cost is 16.95 euros for products and 6 euros for experience vouchers. In this case, experience vouchers will be sent as physical gift cards, and products are delivered with gift packaging.

What is the delivery time?

  • Canary Islands: 1–3 days
  • Mainland Spain: 5–7 days
  • Europe: 7–10 days

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours to receive a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Although we hope you love your pieces, we understand there may be times when you’d like to return something. We offer the following options:

– Size exchange: you only pay the actual shipping cost of the new size (free in Lanzarote, €7.50 within the Canary Islands, €10.95 to mainland Spain or Balearic Islands, €16.95 to the rest of Europe)
– Store credit: valid for 6 months
– Refund: full refund of the product price, minus the original shipping costs

Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

Return Conditions

– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all packaging intact.
– For swimwear, the hygiene sticker must remain intact.
– The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
– Returns shipped after 14 days may receive store credit, at our discretion.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty item, please email office [at] Benty [dot] es, before returning it.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of delivery and returned in original condition.

Items Returned Due to Incorrect Address or Not Collected

– If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or phone number, the carrier will hold it for a limited time according to their policy.
– After this period, the package may be returned at your expense (shipping and any duties will be deducted from the refund) or it may be discarded.
– Discarded packages are not eligible for refund or replacement.
– If you refuse to accept a package, return costs (including duties) will be deducted from any refund.
– Please note: carriers have their own rules for handling failed deliveries, and we must follow their process.
